2. Agreement by Purchase

Completing a purchase on this website constitutes your affirmative agreement to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping & Policies, and our All Sales Final policy. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on inventory.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be notified.

5. Shipping Policy

• Standard shipping is free on all club purchases. Express shipping is optional and costs extra — the amount is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the speed you select.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received.
• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, location, and product availability.
• Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• All shipments are FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once the product is delivered to the carrier.

6. No Refunds / All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through the website.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the product description and condition.
• You accept the item “as-is.”
• No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued.

7. Club Recommendations & Purchase Satisfaction

Any club recommendations, suggestions, or guidance provided by TwoXGolf are based solely on the type of club and the information the customer chooses to share with us. These recommendations are opinions and are not guarantees of fit, performance, or satisfaction.

TwoXGolf is not liable if a recommended club does not meet your expectations or if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges because a customer is dissatisfied with a recommendation or the product selected.

8. Product Condition

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of all golf clubs and equipment. However, minor cosmetic differences may exist due to normal use or lighting in product images. Condition grading is subjective and should be used as a guideline only.

9. Trade-Ins

If trade-in services are offered:

• Final trade-in values are determined upon inspection of the item.
• Quotes are not guaranteed until physical evaluation is completed.
• Items not matching the described condition may result in adjusted offers or rejection.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or purchase of products from this website. All products are used at the buyer’s discretion.

Shipping & Delivery Risk

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier and is no longer in our possession, TwoXGolf is not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit, any damage discovered after the package is delivered, or for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of the business and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11a. Discounts & Rewards

Only one discount may be applied per order. Rewards redeemed with points (1,000 points = $25 off, 2,000 points = $50 off, 3,000 points = $75 off) may be applied to a purchase made after the points have posted to your account, and cannot be combined or stacked with Build A Set bundle discounts (10%, 12%, or 15% off for multi-club orders), promotional codes, or any other offer. Referral bonuses are credited to both the referrer and the referred customer once the referred customer creates an account. The standard referral bonus is 50 points per person; eligible September 2026 referrals receive the promotional bonus of 300 points per person.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

16. Age and Eligibility Requirements

By accessing or using the TwoXGolf website, placing an order, submitting a trade-in, selling an item to TwoXGolf, or otherwise entering into a transaction with TwoXGolf, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may not independently purchase, sell, trade, or otherwise enter into a transaction with TwoXGolf. Any such transaction must be completed by, or with the direct involvement and authorization of, your parent or legal guardian who has the legal capacity to enter into the transaction. The parent or legal guardian will be responsible for the transaction and for compliance with these Terms.

By completing a transaction through our website, you represent and warrant that all information you provide, including your name, age, contact information, billing information, shipping information, payment information, and any information relating to products being sold or traded to TwoXGolf, is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

For any product sold or traded to TwoXGolf, you further represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the product or are legally authorized by the lawful owner to transfer the product; that the product is not stolen, counterfeit, subject to a lien, security interest, ownership dispute, or other third-party claim; and that you have full legal authority to sell or transfer the product to TwoXGolf.

TwoXGolf reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to request proof of age, identity, ownership, authorization, or other information necessary to verify a transaction. TwoXGolf may refuse, cancel, suspend, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably believe that these eligibility requirements have not been satisfied, subject to applicable law and payment-processing requirements.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and represent that you are legally permitted to enter into the transaction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
